Description: |
This position will be responsible for
purchasing parts, equipment, and material requirements for capital
construction projects, plant maintenance, and grounds and
facilities’ renovations. |

|
Education: |
Requirements include a bachelor’s degree
in Business or Supply Management preferred; ISM and APICS
certification is a plus. |
|
|
|
|
Experience: |
Five to ten years purchasing experience
with the emphasis in electric power plant purchasing. |
|
|
|
|
Skills and Knowledge: |
The successful candidate will
demonstrate knowledge of and experience with parts inventory and
equipment procurement along with a solid track record for employing
advanced supply management practices and systems. Good communication
and technology skills in respect to using ERP systems and Microsoft
Office are a must. |
